Branding for Educational Foundation

Western Springs Foundation for Educational Excellence (WSFEE) is a non-profit educational organization in Western Springs Illinois. We worked with them to develop an updated brand, and raise their internet profile with a new website.

We started with a logo – the design we ended up with is a graphic marriage of the iconic watertower located in the Western Springs town center, and a symbol for education – a pencil.

For the website, we went with a pre-purchased template instead of a custom design. A template website is sometimes the best option for an organization with limited funds, as most non-profits are. This was the case for WSFEE. We helped them to identify the right template for their needs, and then customized the template to fit their brand. We brought all their forms within the site for easier tracking by their team and a more seamless user experience for their visitors. We also put a donate button on the home page to help them in their fundraising efforts.
