The holidays are a great time to relax the rules a little. Forgo perfection in favor of enjoying the moments that don’t go exactly as planned (those make the best stories anyway). This time of year is less about doing everything right and more about doing what feels human — laughing more, stressing less, and not overthinking things that can wait until January.
So take a break from perfection. Be nice when required. And be a little naughty when it improves the story.
